SADA SHARAF
Born in Jordan and raised in the UK, Salon Manager Sada has been passionate about hair for as long as she can remember. She started assisting in salons at just fifteen and went straight into hairdressing full time after school.
Her career has taken her through some of London’s most exclusive salons. Most notably the Royston Blythe salon group, where she worked with clients at The Dorchester and Harrods - two of London’s most exclusive luxury destinations. Trained with L’Oréal, she has developed high-level expertise in extensions, keratin and bridal styling, with a signature love of glamour and helping clients look and feel fabulous.
Sada loves her kids, swimming, travelling and, above all, animals. Bring a dog along to your appointment and she’ll remember its name before yours.
LENSON PEREIRA
Born in Goa, Colour Specialist, Lenson grew up surrounded by music, thanks to his dad, a talented local musician. Though he once imagined a life on stage (or maybe as a chef on a cruise ship), it was hair that ultimately captured his heart.
Lenson trained in Goa and kicked off his career with renowned Indian hairstylist Javed Habib before heading to the UK and joining Headmasters. An expert colourist, he enjoys the science and satisfaction of a bold transformation. Alongside extensive colour knowledge, he has taken advanced courses in cutting and styling.
Outside of the salon, Lenson’s a Zumba instructor, a certified yoga teacher, an anime fan and a seriously good cook. He’s also been known to belt out a tune or two and still plays guitar when the mood strikes.
DANIELA FRAU
As a child, our Italian senior stylist Daniela dreamed of becoming an international travel writer, which led her to study languages. As she grew up, she developed a strong interest in fashion, photography, hair and makeup. After moving to London, she trained with Toni & Guy and attended the renowned London College of Fashion to study makeup.
Her passion for travel still very much alive, she went on to work as an Art Director, travelling the globe. Her exceptional skills have taken her to Milan, Switzerland and Dubai, where she contributed to fashion shows, photo shoots and films. Daniela brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team and enjoys the opportunity to express her creativity with every client.
In her spare time, she loves cooking and scuba diving, although never at the same time.
JOSHUA WISE
Born in Northampton, Josh first dreamed of becoming a tattoo artist before discovering hairdressing at 19. He trained at Toni & Guy Northampton and Daniel Granger Hairdressing, where he enjoyed both structured learning and creative freedom and assisting on photoshoots for the British Hairdressing Awards. He has since continued to develop his craft with Davines training in cutting, colouring and styling.
Josh has refined his skills at Toni & Guy, The Beauty Works and The Hair Movement before joining The Box in 2025. He specialises in lived-in, healthy colour and precision cuts that feel effortless. For him, a great salon is one that balances style, education and guest comfort.
Outside the salon, Josh loves cooking, travelling and has ambitions to follow in the footsteps of celebrity stylists like Chris Appleton with his own product line one day.
Guillaume Ossant
Head stylist and Box founder Guillaume’s career began when used to style his grandma's dog 'Dolly'. He went on to be trained at the prestigious L’Oreal academie in Paris before being recruited to manage one of West London’s busiest salons. Since then he has trained at the Goldwell KMS academy in Santa Monica, LA and successfully managed two other West End salons.
Guillaume has successfully established himself as the go-to hairdresser for expert balayage, ombre colouring, hair contouring and precision cuts. Since opening The Box his proudest achievements have included being nominated for best New Salon in Creative Head Magazine's award ceremony in 2017 and Winning Time Out's 2018 Love London award for best local hairdresser.
Outside of work he’s a massive Celine Dion fan, an enthusiastic horticulturalist and a terrible, terrible cook.
FRANKIE ALAÏA OSSANT
AKA Lady lick-a-lot. The youngest member of the team, North London born Frankie Alaïa Ossant, is the remote working chief fluff-ball at The Box. Frankie won over salon owner Guillaume with her boundless energy and customer service skills. She isn’t afraid of a challenge and has never met a patch of skin she didn’t want to lick.
